VEGAS Baby

VEGAS Baby

WOW.. What a spectacular place. I have been to some pretty cool places before, but Vegas definitely was the best so far. Pretty much anything goes there. Gambling, Drinking, Pool parties and more.

We had an awesome time.. From flying over the Grand Canyon, watching Cirque de Sole show Le Reve (WOW). Dinner out every night and events including a bar TABU hired out just for our group.

The best and most exciting part of our trip was winning the Top 5 income producers competition. We got to stay at ground zero (The Castle) and taken out for the day for an awesome experience. The boys were taken off to the race track to drive exotic cars for the day (Including Ferrari's - Andrews favourite) and the Girls had our Hair and makeup done and given $1000 cash each and dropped off via Limo to Caesars Palace to go shopping for the day. We actually ran out of time (not money).

To top off an awesome trip the company changes announced are unbelievable! Our profits are now doubled.. Yes doubled. Our main product is now an accredited course plus plenty of other exciting additions. I am so grateful to be part of such an amazing company.

Success is up to you

Success is up to you

Success really is up to you. It is all about how you feel, how you act and what you do!

A lot of people including myself hold themselves back from having the success they want, for lots of different reasons. Of course we don’t do it on purpose, as who would do that right?

We do it by default, to protect ourselves from failure. As we subconsciously think that if we don’t put in the effort now or we don’t take action on that idea and don’t have success then we won’t have to worry about failing.

Which seems like a strange thing to do really looking at what that means. It means we would rather not aim for success just incase we fail if we do.

So as you can see success really comes down to a few things. First making the decision on what you want, Taking action on what you need to do and then sticking to it consistently until the desired result is achieved!

What is something you have wanted, that you attempted to do and then self-sabotaged yourself?

Determination

Determination

Determination is a key part of any successful career or success in general. To be determined means to have a set goal in mind that you want to achieve. And you will do all you need to do and keep focused and passionate about that goal until you achieve it. There is no thought of “IF” or “MAYBE” just “UNTIL”.

Determination is a wonderful thing; it is great to have a driving force behind something which helps you to keep peddling no matter what to make that goal happen.

Consistency is also a big part of determination, without it determination on its own wouldn’t exist.

What is the main GOAL you are determined to achieve in your life right now?

Consistent Improvement

Consistent Improvement

I love being able to consistently improve what I am doing.

Whether that is personally or professionally. Always looking for new ones to increase what I am doing and looking for better ways to do things.

It comes back to the saying, if you are not evolving you are dissolving, things never just stay the same.

So what about you? Are you constantly moving in an upward direction, or does it seem likes things are going downhill?

An easy way to start moving in the upward direction is to remember this. All you need to do is improve what you are doing by only 1% each day (You don’t have to totally change100% over night) just 1% each day and by the end of the year you have increased (improved) 365%! How awesome is that?

So what can you do today to improve just 1%? That will assist you in moving closer to your Goals?

Happy New Year - Welcome to 2012

Happy New Year - Welcome to 2012

Wow can you believe 2012 is here already?

I was shocked when I went shopping on the 27th December and they already had Easter Eggs out.. 2 days after Christmas!!

This year I am prepared. I have a PLAN.. I have my goal list ready and am going to work through them as quickly as I can, as I know last year time just slipped away and once you move something to the side to do “later” it just never seems to be later and the year is finished.

If you need a little assistance with writing your goals out, here is a simple plan you can use

Write a list of your Long Range Goals - What do I want in the next 1-10 years
Take 15 mins (write as many as you can – 50+ items)
Keeping in mind the following questions
What do I want to do? What do I want to be? What do I want to See? What do I want to Have? Where would I like to go? What would I like to share?

Once done number each item with years (either 1,3,5 or 10) – Check goals are in balance, even amount of each. Then choose 4 goals from each 1,3,5,10 Total 16 goals

Write a detailed description of what you want. Why do I want each item? (If you don’t have a great why replace that goal with another one)

NOTE: Review them daily/Weekly

Also write a list of your Short term Goals

What are your main goals for 2012? Personal or Business… What is your WHY? For achieving it!
