MOTIVATION - PASSION - EXCITEMENT...BRING IT ON

MOTIVATION - PASSION - EXCITEMENT...BRING IT ON

Do you live your life driven by the excitement of the things you are achieving? Are you passionate about what you do? Are you motivated to take ACTION?

Well I would have to answer 100% yes to all of the above myself. I know for myself being in a teaching/mentoring role that I have to absolutely love what I do, to be able to share that passion (pass-i-on) . Without passion you really cannot achieve your Goals. It goes without saying that someone who is excited, passionate and loving every aspect of what they are doing attracts more of the same into their life, hence creating more success, and more of the things that make them happy. Success cannot be created from slogging out over something that you hate. Law of attraction really doesn’t work that way as you will find if you are spending your time doing lots of things that you hate. You will not have the drive and motivation to complete the necessary steps to get the desired successful outcome.

The formula for true SUCCESS is to have the excitement about what you are doing, which in turns gives you passion which will absolutely give you the motivation to complete all the action steps as fast as possible to achieve the desired result.

The true definition of craziness is to expect the same thoughts, the same actions to create a different outcome. If you want a different outcome you have to change the direction/the thought/the action.

So what action steps will you take today to be creating success in your life? What changes will you make to find the Passion, Excitement and motivation?

THE STOPPERS - WHO ARE THE STOPPERS IN YOUR LIFE?

THE STOPPERS - WHO ARE THE STOPPERS IN YOUR LIFE?

Who do you let control your life.. who stops you from achieving your goals? Is It YOU?

There are a few different types of stoppers in your life.. there is the one who really doesn’t see themselves as a stopper, they mean well, but their aim is to stop you from moving up the ladder of life, because it means that they will get left behind, so they do things out of fear of loss rather than aiming to hurt or harm. Than there is the stopper who’s purpose in life is to halt you in your tracks and tie you down.. so you can’t go anywhere. If they aren’t progressing up the ladder there is no way that you are going to either. They will do all that they can to ensure your goals are not achievable. They may even convince you to believe the same. Then the worst of all and the hardest to tame.. is your self stopper.. Are you harming your own success?

I know for me, my self stopper has been a big part of my life. It is that little voice in your head that tells you, “but what if and you can’t do that, that is out of your reach, you don’t deserve success!”

So how do you get rid of your self stopper? Get rid of the excuses. Here’s an example – “I will be successful when I…” When we say this we are really making excuses as to why it can’t be achieved now. It will take you a bit of work to identify what your main stopper is, and once you find it, you need to start affirming the opposite. Here it is – “I am successful now because….” I know it sounds easy and very simple.. and it is also very powerful!

In regards to the external stoppers.. they are really only stoppers if you let them have the effect on you. So be tough and stand up for yourself, let them know that what they are doing is not acceptable and let them know that if they continue along the same way you will not be associating with them anymore (or you will be ignoring their comments.)

Can you identify your stoppers? What strategies do you use to overcome them?

CREATING SUCCESS IN ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE... WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

CREATING SUCCESS IN ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE... WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

For me personally I feel I have in the past 6 months completely changed my life!

I have lost 22kg and best of all kept it off… How did I do that?? No I didn’t slog it out at the gym 5 hours a day… to be truthful I actually I didn’t include exercise in my plan at all, (I am now about to start on that journey.) I contribute the biggest part of my success in this area to my mindset! I have been on a weight loss journey for over 15 years now and each time I would lose the weight… no problems there.. But always within a few months started piling it back on.

So what was different this time? For me personally I have been working on my mindset for the past year using our home study personal development course. It has really helped me on getting clear as to why I wanted to lose the weight, what it was that was stopping me and gave me some great techniques to stop myself falling off the wagon. Of course I also found a great weight loss plan – using the HCG hormone with a Naturopath which I found really worked for me.

Since losing the weight and feeling so happy and excited about it… it has had some wonderful off spin for me in my personal and business lives also. I have been so excited with everything I do; I have been attracting so many awesome new opportunities to myself in all areas, things I would never have even thought about. I have even been nominated for a Telstra Business Award (and I have been in business for 10 years.)

Creating success in your life is not about working yourself to the bone, I have learnt from experience it is about doing what you do with excitement, love and passion… you will find that you get things done faster and ideas will come to you on how to achieve the same if not better results in less time.

It all comes down again to the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like! When you are in a place of happiness, fulfillment and loving everything you do… you attract more opportunities into your life that make you feel good. The best thing about this whole journey is that my excitement and happiness has rubbed off on friends and family around me and they have also been attracting some great new opportunities into their lives.

What are strategies that you use to create the success you want in your life?

THE FLOW ON EFFECT - UPS AND DOWNS

THE FLOW ON EFFECT - UPS AND DOWNS

I still find it amazing how much your attitude and feelings effect your day. I know myself when I am having a really fantastic day; it always seems to get better and better. I attract all these things into my day that I never even thought about. It is like Law of Attraction on speed.

I know that the same happens too when you are having a bad day… if you let the bad day overtake you. However a bad moment in your day if handled the correct way can actually transform your day into a positive one. But if handled the wrong way it will just attract more and more of the things you don’t want and you get to the end of your day thinking.. can this day get any worse?

So what are some tips to turning that “Bad” situation or event into a positive one?

1. Think of a positive aspect to what happened.. eg. If you had a car accident and no-one was hurt.. just a few scratches on your car.. don’t take this with you for the rest of the day.. thinking why did this have to happen to me? Think of it as, wow, I am so lucky that there is only a few scratches on my car and no one was seriously hurt.. this must be my lucky day.

2. Make a list of the things you are grateful for.. so rather than focusing on the negative things in your day.. focus on the things you most love and are grateful for.. this will totally change your mood

3. Meditate.. let the negative unhappy feelings float away.. Clear your mind of any thoughts for at least 15 minutes.. then when you finish start a fresh, new thoughts from a positive place and not a negative

4. Affirmations.. read your affirmations over and over until you have that feeling of happiness.. focus your energy on the end goals.. not the hills you encounter along the way.. life if full of hills and curves.. nothing ever turns out exactly as you plan.. So be careful what you ask for.. as it wont always arrive in the package you expect either. So be very specific as to what you want

What other techniques do you use to change your mood/feeling about a particular feeling or event?

RECHARGING YOUR BATTERIES, MORE PLAY LESS WORK

RECHARGING YOUR BATTERIES, MORE PLAY LESS WORK

How great does it feel to have well deserved time off? Even just a few days to go away.. unwind and relax. So many people never take that time out for themselves to reward their hard work. It is so important to really let yourself have some fun. Life can be really dull if all you do is work, work, work.

You will find if you take a little time off to centre yourself, get back to your happy place, you will attract more happiness and joy into your business. Of course this inevitably converts into more sales in your business, meaning more money. It comes back to the Law of Attraction. If you are feeling tired, worn down and really not enjoying what you are doing anymore then you are attracting the same into your business.. which means unhappy clients who won’t be happy no matter how far you bend backwards for them.

So even if just once a week, have a small little thing that you do, or place that you go to totally unwind and let all your worries float away. Maybe a swim in the ocean, a walk in the park, a massage, a facial or even dinner out with a loved one or the movies. Whatever it is, be sure to totally stop your mind, relax, soak it all in, even turn off your mobile phone if you need to. Just relax and refresh, ready to get back onto the job to start working towards that next goal.

You can think of this as a reward to yourself for the great effort you put in. So be sure to plan regular breaks for yourself to recharge your batteries.

Would love to hear your ideas on how you relax.. where you go, what you do?
