Consistent Improvement

Consistent Improvement

I love being able to consistently improve what I am doing.

Whether that is personally or professionally. Always looking for new ones to increase what I am doing and looking for better ways to do things.

It comes back to the saying, if you are not evolving you are dissolving, things never just stay the same.

So what about you? Are you constantly moving in an upward direction, or does it seem likes things are going downhill?

An easy way to start moving in the upward direction is to remember this. All you need to do is improve what you are doing by only 1% each day (You don’t have to totally change100% over night) just 1% each day and by the end of the year you have increased (improved) 365%! How awesome is that?

So what can you do today to improve just 1%? That will assist you in moving closer to your Goals?

Happy New Year - Welcome to 2012

Happy New Year - Welcome to 2012

Wow can you believe 2012 is here already?

I was shocked when I went shopping on the 27th December and they already had Easter Eggs out.. 2 days after Christmas!!

This year I am prepared. I have a PLAN.. I have my goal list ready and am going to work through them as quickly as I can, as I know last year time just slipped away and once you move something to the side to do “later” it just never seems to be later and the year is finished.

If you need a little assistance with writing your goals out, here is a simple plan you can use

Write a list of your Long Range Goals - What do I want in the next 1-10 years
Take 15 mins (write as many as you can – 50+ items)
Keeping in mind the following questions
What do I want to do? What do I want to be? What do I want to See? What do I want to Have? Where would I like to go? What would I like to share?

Once done number each item with years (either 1,3,5 or 10) – Check goals are in balance, even amount of each. Then choose 4 goals from each 1,3,5,10 Total 16 goals

Write a detailed description of what you want. Why do I want each item? (If you don’t have a great why replace that goal with another one)

NOTE: Review them daily/Weekly

Also write a list of your Short term Goals

What are your main goals for 2012? Personal or Business… What is your WHY? For achieving it!

2012 IS ALMOST HERE - ARE YOU READY

2012 IS ALMOST HERE - ARE YOU READY

Well 2011 is almost but disappeared and 2012 is upon us.

How will you look back on the past year?

Will it be with happiness on achieving everything you set out to achieve, or is it of sadness and disappointment that you ran out of time in getting to tick off your goals

I know for me, this year has been absolutely awesome. I achieved all of the goals I had set out for myself for 2011.
I sold my traditional business of 10 years, I got to take my family (including parents and children) on a 2 week holiday overseas, I achieved my income goal for the month (in a 4 day period), I also achieved Executive level in my business plus a lot of other smaller goals.

I am absolutely wrapped with the outcome of the year and very excited about what 2012 has in store for me. I have set some pretty big goals and plan on achieving them considering I can now completely focus on my business with no other distractions.

Would love to know what is your biggest goal for 2012? Or the biggest goal you achieved in 2011?

REACHING THE GOAL

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 15 November 2011
REACHING THE GOAL

I am so excited as last week achieved a HUGE income goal I have had for a while now. My Goal was to achieve this in a month. $40,000 profit for the month. But to my amazement and excitement, I have hit this goal already this month (and it all happened in the space of just 4 days!) Yes 4 days!! So now I have the rest of the month to totally blitz my goal out of the water.

The most exciting thing for me about hitting this goal is that it now has become a reality for me and now a goal of double or even triple the amount is so much closer. And I I’ve experienced how easily it can be done. This last 30days for me have been really busy and I have not been trying TOO hard to achieve the goal. I have relaxed and let it happen.

So why am I sharing this with you? Not to impress you, but to share with you the realisation I have come too. When you absolutely love what you do and you continue to do it with Love, Passion and Excitement on a consistent basis, success will come (you just have to be patient and wait until the time is right for you.) You can not force it and make it happen when you want it too.

It has taken me a long time to accept this, as I am an I want it now person. So relax and know that if you do it with Love, Passion and Excitement on a consistent basis your success is on its way.

Get ready as it can come anytime and it will!

Would love to hear what exciting Goals you have achieved already this month?

ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 8 November 2011
ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH

So many things come to mind when I think about what it means to be strong.

Being strong doesn’t mean bottling up your emotions or pretending that things aren’t happening.  Strong for me means seeing the problem/obstacle or the situation and not letting the force of it push you over. Looking at it from all angles and working out the best way to detour around it.

Being strong means thinking ahead and planning, working out the best way to tackle the next thing. Not laying down and thinking this is all too hard. Challenges and Adversity are part of life and are thrown at us to make us stronger, to help us grow. Without them, life would be easy and boring.

Sometimes we have to be strong for other people, even when we don’t feel strong ourselves. This is usually the times that we can grow the most and assist others in growing and becoming stronger too.

When have you had to be strong? When you really didn’t think you had it in you?
