THE TREADMILL OF LIFE

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 22 February 2011
THE TREADMILL OF LIFE

Most people get up everyday and do the same routine; they eat the same thing for breakfast, drive the same way to work, eat the same thing for lunch, drive the same way home, hop into bed the at same time and then do it all over again, again and again. Basically living inside their box, not wanting to deter from what is comfortable, what is safe.

The main problem with this is there is a universal law in life… you are either evolving or you are dissolving! Nothing ever stays the same.

So if you are doing the same thing day in and day out and you are not changing, not growing, not evolving… guess which way your life is going? Yep, Dissolving.

Now I know no one would choose for their life to dissolve on purpose, most people are doing this by default, as they don’t realize that if you are not improving, growing and learning that things don’t stay the same. You will find that these people seem to also find themselves always having large adversities thrown at them, things that hit them for a six… which, because they aren’t prepared, often send them further down the hole.

To ensure that you are always evolving in life and not dissolving, keep in mind the following things…

  • Change it up… get up earlier, go to bed later, drive to work a different way… do something spontaneous
  • Use personal development to work on your mindset… always look for ways to improve yourself
  • Mastermind with others, throw ideas around, take ideas and advise from others

Do what you can to help others get off the treadmill of life! Have some fun! There is no better time than now!

HAPPINESS AND GRATITUDE

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 15 February 2011
HAPPINESS AND GRATITUDE

Are you happy with the way your life is right now? Do you focus consistently on the things in your life that aren’t going in the way you want them too? Are you contently telling ‘your story’ to everyone that will listen? Then you are not in the place of happiness and gratitude.

I hear you say, “Well I am not happy and grateful because I still haven’t GOT the things that will make me happy…” And this is the whole point. The Law of Attraction is a powerful law… The trick with it is that it won’t bring you the opposite… So if you are in the place of hate, annoyance and stressed and thinking about all the things that you want and telling stories about the things that you don’t have… then you will attract more of the lack; of the things that you don’t want.

It comes back to the saying of FAKE it till you MAKE it… You need to lead your mind into thinking that you have all the things that you want… And giving it positive feelings towards what you currently have. You need to be grateful for the things in your life now, so that you can attract more things to be grateful for.

A great tool here is to write a list of I AM’s

I AM’s are to be written in the present as though the goal has already been received.

Eg. I AM an inspiration to others or I AM a successful Entrepreneur

Another tool is to write a list of things that you are grateful for:

Eg. I am happy & grateful for the beautiful car I drive; I am happy & grateful for my well behaved children

Then in order to use your I AM’s and your I am Happy and Grateful’s you should read these over and over and over. What is this going to do? It is going to lead your sub conscious mind to believe you are these things and it will present the opportunities to you to help you achieve them!

LOVE IS THE GLUE

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 15 February 2011
LOVE IS THE GLUE

Love is an interesting concept. While we may think of love as a positive emotion, true love involves no emotion at all. Love is unconditional. If love was a positive emotion, then according to universal law, it would have an opposite negative. We may call this hate I guess. But classing love as the opposite to hate takes away its unconditionality! It is no longer PURE. Maybe when we think of that positive emotion that we sometimes incorrectly call love, we really mean Lust or Desire – something we want, and something we want to hold on to because it makes us FEEEEEEEEL GOOOOOOOD.

The beautiful thing about TRUE PURE LOVE is that it exists without an opposite. It just IS! It is a place of neither feeling good or bad. It does not apply to objects or other people. It doesn’t drive or hold back, we can’t gain it or lose it. It just IS.

So where is it then? This is where it gets so really amazingly simple that it’s so large that your mind cannot truly understand it. Your heart understands it though.

Love is at the centre and the edge of everything. That includes you. It includes the atoms that make you. It includes all the others around you and all the objects in existence. It is that place where you don’t feel either good or bad but you feel COMPLETE, CENTRED, EXPANDED – at one with everything all at the same time – you know that place. That is love. It is everything and it connects everything together as one. The fabric. Love doesn’t apply to things, it is things.

LOVE IS THE GLUE THAT HOLDS THE UNIVERSE TOGETHER.

This Valentines day, understand love for the brilliance of what it is. We all have it, we are all part of it, we are all it!

CLIMBING THE LADDER OF LIFE

CLIMBING THE LADDER OF LIFE

To think about climbing the ladder of life is sometimes amusing. Everybody wants to climb up, nobody wanted to be left on the ground. But sad to say, not every one can get to the summit. Some may make their best rise in brief length of time and when they turn back and look at the distance they have come, they tend to forgot that they already had taken a lengthy step forward. Others may strive hard to achieve the summit but still they are not in motion. They become desperate and lose hope along the process. The reality is painful to grasp for us all.

For anyone to win over any difficulties in life is a remarkable achievement. Keeping ahead and continuously leading through living life even when you fell down at every step is already an accomplishment. Achieving success is not measured by how many times you fell down, but it’s how many times you rise from the ground and continue climbing the ladder of life. Life does not end at a single step of failure; it is a continuous process.

On the other side of success, you may get stuck on your climb. Still, continue taking one step after another, your time will come and the summit will be reached soon. Do not do things all at once or you will be overwhelmed with the great bulk of work you must perform along the process. Do not be greedy of taking your steps forward. Life’s success is not done overnight. Let every source of power you have work each day and enhance its golden opportunities. Appreciate and be grateful to others’ assistance. Continue climbing the ladder of life step by step.

Imagine life going with no right direction. You travel with no correct destination, spending resources without knowing the purposes. In this world, nothing is permanent, what resources you may have today may be lost tomorrow.

To achieve your goals and avoid getting lost, you must value the importance of understanding the process of climbing the ladder of life. From there, you will discover that “life is amazing!”. Live your life at the top.

RE-SPARKING THE MAGIC IN YOUR BUSINESS

Posted by Lee Anne Bartlett on 25 January 2011
RE-SPARKING THE MAGIC IN YOUR BUSINESS

So you have been in business for a while and you are feeling stale and maybe a little bored?

What are some ideas and strategies you can implement to keep your passion alive?

First of all you should write a list of the reasons you started the business in the first place. What was it that made you get excited about going into business for yourself? Was it the flexibility? Was it the freedom to do as you please, take holidays when you please? Was it the income you were going to generate? Whatever the reasons, are they still there, or didn’t they ever arrive?

Being in business for yourself is never easy, it never goes 100% to plan. There are always bumps in the road and sometimes large pot holes too. You need to ensure that you have a great support network in place for you and your business. A mentor is a great idea, as it gives you someone to bounce ideas off and they can give you some great advice on how to do things so that you don’t need to learn the same lessons they did.

So the big question is: Can you get back that exciting feeling you had when you first started your business? The answer to this question will be different for everyone.

YES – You can if you still have all the aspects in your business you wanted when you started it and maybe just you have gotten a little bored and needed to change it up a little. Some suggestions here are maybe re-branding your business; give it an image a makeover. Or maybe hire a business coach to assist you in taking your business to the next level. Mastermind it with a few key business people you know and see what ideas you can come up with.

NO – If the things you went into business for either have never been achieved or have changed. This can happen, things change, life changes, people change. Something you loved and had passion for 10 years ago may not be your passion anymore. Sometimes if the spark is gone, it is gone. It doesn’t mean that you have failed; it just means you need a new challenge, you need to reignite that spark, and it may just mean you need a new opportunity to do this.

Re-sparking that magic really is possible, but only if you really want it to be.

The key elements to any successful person and successful business is: Do what you love and Love what you do.. and if you don’t like what you are doing, change it!

You too can love your life today www.lovinglifenow.com.au
